Human Risk Reduction Services wins Ocean EndeAvor Contract
Human Risk Reduction Services have been invited by RPS Group to perform a Safety Critical Task Analysis for OCEAN ENDEAVOR drilling rig to demonstrate that the major risk evaluation has considered people as both a key element in safe operation and as a potential cause of major accidents and their escalation.
This demonstration should draw upon recognised good practice in human factors task analysis.
The Offshore Safety Directive Regulator requires organisations to demonstrate that potential human failures are being assessed in the safety case for the Ocean Endeavor for potential future operations in the UK Sector.
