HRRS Ltd is a Human Factors Consultancy. It focuses on human factors integration and human error analysis in safety critical industries.
The company was founded by Tim Southam, who has had over 30 years experience across a variety of high hazard industries, firstly in the aviation electronics industry, then flying low level aircraft Jaguar low-level reconnaissance and Tornado GR1 aircraft in the Royal Air Force, a short spell in civil aviation, Human Factors Research at Farnborough and then into consultancy.
The experience of our Associates across many years of work in areas such as Change Management, Human Factors, Health & Safety, Flight Safety, Crew Resource Management, Behavioural Safety and Culture Change, has allowed us to understand the issues that confront industry from a variety of perspectives.
It enables our Associate consultants to engage in a client-centred approach that intrinsically couples innovation and knowledge within a framework of a quality system.
